My room was good-sized and well laid out and had complimentary wireless internet, a lounge area, and coffee. Location: the hotel was close to Christchurch, located in outskirts of nearby suburb Riccarton, a main mall, park, town, plenty of food establishments and public transport stops, and outskirts of nearby suburb Riccarton. The staff was efficient without being intrusive.

Our rooms were updated and reasonably sized with the balcony, kitchen and chairs outside on the balcony. The staff were efficient and very pleasant and the location was fantastic very close to the shops you could walk. Riccarton district was worth exploring.

Had well-organised, neat room with thier phone and chairs outside on the balcony, as example. The location was good and easy, to many stores with easy access to shopping centers and convenience stores.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe add more options.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a lounge, and a kettle. The staff was nice and lovely, my every need was addressed.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The rooms they have were reasonably spacious and cheap with the balcony and sagged out couch, for example. And the room's amenities were excellent😀

The location of this motel is fantastic, with Westfield mall and the city centre within close reach. Plus, it's located near one of the city's biggest attractions, the beautiful botanic gardens. Everything is easily accessible from this spot!

The room itself was not up to scratch. The bed was too soft, the sofa felt old and tired, and the curtains were outdated.

Staff very helpful and cooperative.

Shower needed tightening. Shower door unit 103 needed third panel.
